A Visit to the Nation of Squareland
Greetings, my fellow Scandalnavians. It is the Great Right Hand Man who speaks.
I recently paid a visit to the Nation of Squareland as a dignitary representing our lovely Queendom. The Nationwide Carnival that was held wasn't too bad, though it did not have much of a 'fun atmosphere' that one would definitely feel in a Carnival in our Queendom. In addition, the Carnival caused a 100% inflation on all sorts of goods. Imagine paying $3 for a 'Fortune Sandwich which had a message that said 'Your lucky object of the day is a sandwich'! (By the way, I didn't spend a cent there. The one who was coerced into buying the sandwich was an ambassador from the Holy Kingdom of St. Andrew's.
To my amazement, I met my Uncle Tim and some other Victorians, wearing their Victorian Knights' Attire and circular Victorian Badges no less. Right in the Dining Hall of the Nation of Squareland! I feared for his safety, since this seemed like an insult to the Nation; I recalled seeing a Victorian sticker that said 'No room for Squares' before, and I had an inkling that the reverse was true in the Nation.
Till now, I have not contacted my Uncle Tim, and I pray that he was allowed to leave the Nation in one piece.
